First of all, BL isn't a particularly good choice for a monk, it will give you big energy problems, and isnt incredible. RC and Divert are both better options. Also, the team is lacking an Infuse, which would be best put on the LoD. The monks also need some form of energy management. On the LoD I'd reccomend dropping Sig of Devotion or Divine Intervention for Sig of Rejuvenation, fitting infuse in for Words of Comfort, and taking Return in the optional slot. I'd drop the BL for a standard Mo/E RC.
For the flagger, its dual attunements make it easier to shut down. For a blindbot, you would be better off taking a Bsurge runner, although i would reccomend making it water based for snares, as this allows you to shutdown melee characters with Blurred vision. If you want to keep the large damage of Lightning Hammer, you could make a Shatterstone runner with a bar like:
[skill]Shatterstone[/skill][skill]Freezing Gust[/skill][skill]Blurred Vision[/skill][skill]Armor of Mist[/skill][skill]Water Attunement[/skill][skill]Wielder's Boon[/skill][skill]Weapon of Warding[/skill][skill]Flesh of My Flesh[/skill]

The MoR mesmer is a tried and tested standard build, however the E-surge isnt great. If you want to run dual mesmers, you would be better off with a Migraine or Panic mesmer instead of the E-surge.

The Charging Strike warrior is decent, but not great. An Eviscerate warrior would be a much better choice. Use a bar like:
[skill]Eviscerate[/skill][skill]Executioner's Strike[/skill][skill]Critical Chop[/skill][skill]Bull's Strike[/skill][skill]Healing Signet[/skill][skill]Frenzy[/skill][skill]Rush[/skill][skill]Resurrection Signet[/skill]
If you want to split with it, you could take Critical Chop or Bull's Strike out for Mending Touch.

The Moebius sin should have "Fear Me!" in there somewhere to take advantage of the large amount of adrenaline you will be gaining, and Leaping Mantis Sting would be a better choice than Unsuspecting Strike.

As for the Shattering sin, you would be better off with another Moebius sin or a Devatstating Hammer/Earthshaker/Cripslash warrior.

Those monk bars are actually quite interesting. B-light+sig+deny hexes is a pretty nice combination, but the user has to be careful in maintaining energy. It's a much harder bar to play now, which is why most people think it sucks. The last skill could be something like GoLE to give two free casts of blight or sb. Also though DI is nice (war machine has been seen running it), running infuse is pretty important too. It's pretty much a monk choice, but the most common monk bars have infuse. Aegis is also pretty important, unless you want to give your monks some defense skills (dark escape, return, shield bash, etc.)

That axe warrior needs to be switched to something better (shock axe, cripslash, etc.) and I have yet to see how well the sins can pressure.

Also, if you want to run esurge, either run two of them or none of them. Having one with minimal e-denial isn't as good as running something like two MoR dom mesmers.

It's actually not a great combination at all because you have to devote exactly 6 seconds of your time to casting all of them back/to-back/to-back. Any breaks at all inbetween casting them (which, in reality, is going to happen a LOT) totally kills the effectiveness. It would be more workable if Signet of Devo had its spec changed to that of Signet of Rejuv (1 sec activation, 8 sec recharge). Even then, BL still sucks and needs something like "you gain 3 energy if this removes a hex or condition" attached to it.

As some general advice however, if your guild is just starting to GvG, run a fairly basic and tested build, with something like:
Shock Axe/Earthshaker
Cripslash
BA ranger
Mark - Mind Blast ele
MoR mesmer
RC
LoD
Shackles runner
